We are pleased to announce that Erin has been appointed to the discipline and fitness to practise committees of the Ontario College of Teachers.
The Discipline Committee panels hear and determine matters related to alleged professional misconduct and/or incompetence against College members. The Fitness to Practise Committee determines if the member is suffering from a physical or mental condition or disorder such that they are unfit to carry out their professional responsibilities or that their certificate should be made subject to terms, conditions or limitations.
This is an appointment that Erin will be fulfilling in addition to serving her existing clients at Durant Barristers.
