MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION SERVICES
Erin Durant offers mediation and arbitration services across Ontario in civil litigation matters and across Canada in sports matters. She has experience in personal injury litigation, employment law, commercial litigation, real property disputes, team selection disputes, harassment and sexual harassment claims, and disciplinary proceedings.

Arbitration fees are set on a case by case basis and will generally include an hourly fee for case management, preparation and drafting time and a block fee for each day of hearing.

Flexible rates are available for national and provincial sports organizations.
MEDIATION
Erin charges $900 + HST for a half day (3 hour) mediation and $1,800 + HST for a full day (6 hour) mediation. For time spent beyond time booked, an hourly rate of $400 + HST applies. Mediations can be booked directly using this booking website: www.calendly.com/erinhdurant.

Most mediations are conducted virtually. If the parties prefer in-person attendance, facility rental and travel fees will apply.
ARBITRATION
Arbitration fees are set on a case by case basis and typically include an hourly fee for preparation and drafting plus a block fee for each day of the hearing. In addition to serving as a sole arbitrator, Erin also has experience sitting on arbitration panels and with acting as a secretary to the panel on large, complex matters. Most arbitrations are conducted virtually. If the parties prefer in-person attendance, facility rental and travel fees will apply.
